What We Do
The RedWagon Delivers is a company that provides an online marketplace connection using web-based technology that connects contractors, restaurants, and/or other businesses and consumers. The company oversees the timely completion of catering delivery orders as requested by restaurants and customers by collaborating with independent contractors who deliver the food.
What We Deliver
Redwagon delivery drivers are expected to arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, as well as complete pickup within a 15 minute period of the pickup time. They are expected to use insulated bags to ensure that the food maintains a consistent and appropriate temperature, and a cart to ferry the food between locations. Once at the delivery location, the food is set up for the customer if required and a proof of delivery picture is taken. Catering delivery drivers are expected to leave the food setup location clean and tidy when finished, as well as to complete the delivery within a 15 minute window from the expected drop-off time.
